SJVN LIMITED, A Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking after successful commissioning of 1500MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station in Himachal Pradesh is emerging as a multi project company with following Hydro Power Projects allocated to it for development, operation and maintenance: 412 MW at Rampur, 588 MW at Luhri, 66 MW at Dhaulasidh, 363 MW in Uttrakhand, and 900 MW Arun-III in Nepal and 1170 MW in Bhutan. SJVN is also diversifying into thermal, solar and wind energy generation with 1320 MW thermal plant at Buxar and 47.6MW wind farm at Khirewire along with entering into transmission business. The Company invites applications from professionals having experience in thermal power generation for its upcoming thermal power plant at Buxar (Bihar) and Deocha-Pachami Coal Block (West Bengal) for following positions:-

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS & TENTATIVE NUMBER OF POSTS

Name of the Post :DGM

1. Qualification : 15 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 12 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 43000-3%-66000 (IDA) or equivalent scale. For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 22 lacs p.a.
2. Age : 50 yrs

Name of the Post :Sr. Manager

1. Qualification : 12 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 9 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 36600-3%-62000 (IDA) or equivalent scale. For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 19 lacs p.a
2. Age : 45 years

Name of the Post :Manager

1. Qualification : 9 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 6 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 32900-3%-58000 (IDA) or equivalent scale. For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 16.50 lacs p.a
2. Age :45 years

Name of the Post :Dy. Manager 

1. Qualification : 6 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 5 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 29100-3%-54500 (IDA) or equivalent scale. For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 15 lacs p.a.
2. Age :40 years

Name of the Post :Sr. Engineer 

1. Qualification : 4 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 3 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 24,900-3%-50,500 (IDA). For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 12.50 lacs p.a.
2. Age : 356 yrs
